Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Matchwise (matchwise.pro), operated by Anıl Kıral ("Matchwise", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Matchwise.

1.What Matchwise is

Matchwise is a sports-statistics and artificial-intelligence analytics platform. We ingest public sports data (fixtures, form, market odds) and produce statistical and AI-generated forecasts — scores, outcome probabilities, confidence ratings, and multi-leg "portfolio" combinations — for football, basketball, volleyball, baseball, hockey and NFL.

Matchwise is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, or gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, hold player funds, facilitate bets between users, or pay out winnings of any kind. Every prediction, confidence score, and portfolio is informational content — a statistical opinion — not an instruction, recommendation, or inducement to place a bet. Displayed market odds are third-party reference data shown for analytical comparison only; we do not link to, integrate with, or receive any commission from betting operators.

2.Eligibility & restricted territories

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use Matchwise.

Matchwise is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for use by residents of, or persons physically located in, jurisdictions where sports-prediction content, betting-related publications, or similar services are restricted or prohibited by local law, including but not limited to: Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Iran, Pakistan, Indonesia, Brunei, mainland China, and Singapore ("Restricted Territories").

By using Matchwise you represent that you are not located in, and are not a resident of, a Restricted Territory, and that your use of the service complies with the laws applicable to you. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe is being accessed from a Restricted Territory, and to decline service to anyone at our discretion.

3.No betting, financial, or professional advice

Nothing on Matchwise constitutes betting advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to stake money on any outcome. Sports outcomes are inherently uncertain. A high confidence score is a statistical statement about our model's calibration, historically — it is never a guarantee of a future result, and past accuracy does not guarantee future accuracy. You are solely responsible for any decision you make after viewing our content, and for complying with the gambling, tax, and consumer-protection laws that apply to you.

4.Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.
We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, chargebacks, or use from a Restricted Territory.

5.Subscriptions, tokens & billing

Certain features (AI-generated predictions, portfolio building) are metered using an in-app token balance. Tokens are consumed per reveal at the price displayed to you before you confirm — prices are fixed and shown up-front, never charged retroactively.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account settings; a cancelled subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
All payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We never see or store your full card or bank details.

Mobile app subscriptions (iOS & Android) — auto-renewal & cancellation. When you subscribe through the Matchwise iOS or Android app, the title, duration, and price of the plan are shown to you and require your confirmation before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period — your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to that date, at the then-current listed price. To manage or cancel:

iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Matchwise → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Matchwise → Cancel subscription.

Turning off auto-renewal does not end your current billing period early — access continues until it expires, per the Refund Policy below. We cannot cancel or modify an Apple ID or Google Play subscription on your behalf; only the App Store or Play Store account holder can do that.

6.Refund Policy

Subscriptions: refundable within 7 days of the initial charge if you have not made any token-consuming prediction reveal during that period. After that window, or after any consumption, subscription charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel to stop future renewals.
Token packs: non-refundable once purchased, except where a technical fault on our side caused a charge without a corresponding token credit — contact us and we will fix the balance or refund the charge.
Refunds, where granted, are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor and may take several business days to appear.

7.Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, resell, republish, or redistribute Matchwise predictions or data as your own product or service; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our underlying models or prompts; use automated means to create multiple accounts or bypass token limits; use the service to harass, defraud, or violate any applicable law.

8.Intellectual property

The Matchwise name, branding, software, and the specific presentation of our predictions are our property. Underlying sports data (fixtures, scores, statistics) originates from third-party providers and remains their property; we license it for use within the service.

9.Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Matchwise is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that predictions will be correct, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that data from third-party providers is error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matchwise and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from bets, wagers, or financial decisions made in reliance on content from the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10.Changes to the service & these Terms

We may modify or discontinue features, and may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
