Is Matchwise free?
The app is free to download and new accounts get starter tokens. On matchwise.pro the live-scores board — including the statistical model's read on each match — and the public track record are free with no account. In the app, Matchwise AI analyses and some statistical picks are unlocked with tokens or an optional subscription; prices are shown in the App Store or Google Play and vary by country.

How accurate are Matchwise predictions?

How is accuracy measured?
Each match's single best pick from the statistical model is graded once against the official final result. Every graded match counts, and sports with fewer than 30 graded matches are shown as new rather than as a percentage. Because the best pick is often a lower-risk market such as double chance, this rate is higher than a straight match-winner accuracy.
What is the difference between STT and Matchwise AI (MTW)?
STT is the free statistical model that runs on every match: a Dixon-Coles Poisson goal model for football and a margin-and-total model for the other sports, both anchored to bookmaker odds. Matchwise AI (MTW) is an on-demand analysis that reads STT, the market, odds movement and team profiles, confirms team news with a live web search, and returns a predicted score, a 1–10 confidence and ranked picks.
How does Matchwise use betting odds?
As data, not as advice. Bookmaker prices are de-vigged into probabilities and blended into the model, and every price change since the opening line is tracked. Fast-shortening prices ("steam") are flagged as a sign that informed money is arriving.
Does Matchwise guarantee winning picks?
No. Sports outcomes are uncertain and past accuracy never guarantees future results. Matchwise publishes its full record precisely so users can judge it for themselves.
